2. Reposts — Creators own their content. TRIVA and brands may repost with notice; commercial ad use beyond that requires separate consent.

3. Safety & insurance — TRIVA is not liable for accidents, illness, or loss in Korea; travel insurance is recommended.

4. Governing law — These projects are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction.
